Collector Playbooks

Playbooks are step-by-step walkthroughs for real collecting scenarios. Each one focuses on a specific goal and shows you exactly how to use TopVault's features together to accomplish it.

These examples use Pokémon Cards, but the same concepts apply to any collection type TopVault supports, including Sports Cards, Dragon Ball TCGs, and Magic: The Gathering Cards.

Grand Master Collection

Track progress on a Grand Master Collection: a goal that includes every variant, test print, and edition of a set. Learn how to create a completion-mode goal, customize which items count, and monitor your progress and estimated cost to complete.

Collect Every Character

Collect every card featuring a specific character (for example, every Bulbasaur card ever printed). Search for the character, multi-select all results, add them to a goal, and track progress as you acquire each one.

Trade at a Show

Record trades at a collection show or convention. Start a trade at a vendor table, add the cards you are buying, see estimated values in real time, add vendor and location details, and complete the trade to update your collection.

Track Online Orders

Manage card purchases from TCGPlayer or other online sellers where orders arrive in multiple shipments. Use a goal to track what you ordered, mark items as they arrive, and record their condition.
